HEMA is a NORAD-sponsored collaborative programme involving the University of the Western Cape, University of Oslo, Makerere University and CHET. CHET's role is to facilitate interaction and the development of a set of core curriculum compendiums of international and regional/local knowledge compiled from high-quality articles and research reports.
